ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้เว็บไซต์ beepbloom.pages.dev และเกมทั้งหมดใน Beepbloom ("บริการ") เมื่อคุณเล่นหรือใช้บริการ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้บริการ

2. บริการ

Beepbloom คือเกมสั้นบนเบราว์เซอร์ ได้แก่ Emoji Song Quiz (ทายเพลงจากอีโมจิ), WHO AM I? Grand Line (ทายตัวละครจากคำใบ้), DEVIL FRUIT LAB (ไขปริศนาผลปีศาจ), JLPT JAPANESE QUIZ (ฝึกคำศัพท์ภาษาญี่ปุ่น), NEW HSK VOCAB QUIZ (ท่องศัพท์ภาษาจีน), ENGLISH QUIZ (ฝึกภาษาอังกฤษ) และ NINJA QUIZ (ควิซโลกนินจาแบบแฟนเมด) พร้อมความท้าทายประจำวัน ห้องแข่ง กระดานอันดับ และระบบความคืบหน้า บริการไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และไม่มีการขายสินค้าหรือไอเทมด้วยเงินจริง

3. อายุผู้ใช้

บริการออกแบบสำหรับผู้เล่นทั่วไป ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google ใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีอายุถึงเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำของ Google ในประเทศของตน ผู้เยาว์ควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

4. บัญชี (ไม่บังคับ)

• คุณเล่นแบบ Guest ได้ทุกเกม การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google ใช้เพื่อบันทึกและซิงก์ความคืบหน้าข้ามอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น

5. ไอเทมและคะแนนในเกม

ค่าหัว (Bounty) Blooms คะแนน ยศ ความสำเร็จ คอลเลกชันตัวละคร กรอบใบประกาศ และฉายา เป็นของสมมติภายในเกม ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน ซื้อ ขาย โอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ และไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินของผู้ใช้ เราอาจปรับสมดุล แก้ไขค่าที่ผิดพลาดจากบั๊ก หรือรีเซ็ตเมื่อพบการโกง ความคืบหน้าแบบ Guest เก็บในเบราว์เซอร์ จึงอาจหายไปหากล้างข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์

6. การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรมและการใช้งานที่ห้าม

ห้าม:

• ใช้บอท สคริปต์ โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ หรือเครื่องมือใดเพื่อตอบคำถาม ส่งคะแนน หรือเล่นแทนคน
• เจาะระบบ หาช่องโหว่ หลบเลี่ยงการจำกัดความถี่หรือระบบกันโกง หรือใช้บั๊กเพื่อได้คะแนนโดยไม่สุจริต (หากพบบั๊ก โปรดแจ้งเรา)
• ดึงข้อมูลคำถาม เพลง หรือคำตอบจากบริการไปเผยแพร่ซ้ำหรือใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
• สร้างภาระเกินควรต่อระบบ เช่น สร้างห้องหรือเริ่มเกมจำนวนมากโดยอัตโนมัติ
• ตั้งชื่อเล่น ชื่อห้อง หรือข้อความที่หยาบคาย เหยียด คุกคาม ลามก ละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น หรือแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลหรือองค์กรอื่น
• ใช้บริการเพื่อการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย

ระบบอาจปักธงคะแนนที่ตอบเร็วผิดปกติไม่ให้ขึ้นโพเดียม และเราอาจลบคะแนน ชื่อ หรือห้องที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

7. เนื้อหาที่คุณส่ง

ชื่อเล่น อวาตาร์ และชื่อห้องที่คุณตั้งจะแสดงให้ผู้เล่นอื่นเห็นในห้องแข่งและกระดานอันดับ คุณยืนยันว่ามีสิทธิ์ใช้ข้อความนั้น และอนุญาตให้เราแสดงข้อความนั้นในบริการโดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทนตลอดระยะเวลาที่ข้อมูลนั้นถูกเก็บ (ดูระยะเวลาในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว) แนะนำให้ใช้ชื่อเล่นแทนชื่อจริง

• ชื่อ โลโก้ มาสคอต ภาพประกอบ ดีไซน์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และข้อความของ Beepbloom เป็นของ Beepbloom หรือผู้อนุญาต ห้ามคัดลอกหรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• Emoji Song Quiz: ชื่อเพลงและชื่อศิลปินใช้เพื่ออ้างอิงข้อเท็จจริงในเกมทายปัญหาเท่านั้น เกมไม่มีเนื้อเพลง ไม่มีเสียงเพลง และไม่ได้รับการรับรองจากศิลปินหรือค่ายเพลง เครื่องหมายการค้าเป็นของเจ้าของแต่ละราย

9. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

บริการใช้ Cloudflare (โฮสต์และความปลอดภัย) และ Google Sign-In (เมื่อคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบ) ปุ่มแชร์ไปยังโซเชียลมีเดียเป็นเพียงลิงก์ การใช้บริการเหล่านั้นอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย ในอนาคตเราอาจแสดงโฆษณาตามที่อธิบายในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

10. ความพร้อมให้บริการและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราอาจเพิ่ม เปลี่ยน หรือหยุดเกม โหมด คำถาม หรือฟีเจอร์ใด และอาจปิดปรับปรุงชั่วคราวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มี" เราพยายามให้คำถามและคำตอบถูกต้อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าเนื้อหาทั้งหมดถูกต้อง ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่อง หากพบคำถามที่ผิด โปรดแจ้งเรา

11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Beepbloom ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือการสูญหายของความคืบหน้าในเกม คะแนน หรือข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์ เนื่องจากบริการไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ความรับผิดรวมของเราจำกัดเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิที่คุณมีในฐานะผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมายที่ไม่อาจตกลงยกเว้นได้

12. การระงับและการยุติ

คุณหยุดใช้บริการและลบข้อมูลของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ เราอาจจำกัดหรือยุติการเข้าถึงของผู้ที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ ข้อ 5, 8, 11 และ 13 ยังคงมีผลหลังการยุติ

13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทอยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในประเทศที่คุณอาศัยอยู่ให้สิทธิคุณฟ้องร้องหรือใช้กฎหมายของประเทศนั้น

14. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะปรับวันที่ด้านบน หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนหน้าแรกก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้ การใช้บริการต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

15. ติดต่อเรา

These terms apply to your use of beepbloom.pages.dev and all games in Beepbloom (the "service"). By playing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

• Free to play with no sign-up required. A Google account is optional and only saves your progress.
• Bounty, Blooms, scores and cosmetics are virtual. They have no money value and can't be traded.
• Play fair: no bots or helper tools, no offensive names, no pretending to be someone else.
• WHO AM I? Grand Line, DEVIL FRUIT LAB and NINJA QUIZ are unofficial fan-made trivia games, not affiliated with the original rights holders.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The service is run by Beepbloom.

2. The service

Beepbloom offers short browser games: Emoji Song Quiz (guess the song from emoji), WHO AM I? Grand Line (guess the character from clues), DEVIL FRUIT LAB (crack the Devil Fruit), JLPT JAPANESE QUIZ (Japanese vocabulary practice), NEW HSK VOCAB QUIZ (Chinese vocabulary practice), ENGLISH QUIZ (English practice) and NINJA QUIZ (a fan-made ninja-world quiz), with daily challenges, rooms, leaderboards and progression. The service is free, and nothing is sold for real money.

3. Age

The service is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Google sign-in is only for people who meet Google's minimum age in their country. Minors should have a parent's or guardian's consent where the law requires it.

4. Accounts (optional)

• You can play every game as a Guest. Signing in with Google is only used to save and sync your progress across devices.
• One account is for one player. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure.
• You can delete your account at any time on your profile page. Deleted data can't be recovered.
• If an account is used against these terms, we may suspend or delete it, reset its scores, or remove it from leaderboards.

5. In-game items and scores

Bounty, Blooms, scores, ranks, achievements, the character collection, WANTED frames and titles are virtual and exist only in the game. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and are not your property. We may rebalance them, correct values caused by bugs, or reset them when we find cheating. Guest progress lives in your browser, so it can be lost if you clear browser data or switch devices.

6. Fair play and prohibited use

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, automation or any tool to answer questions, submit scores or play for you;
• hack the service, probe for vulnerabilities, get around rate limits or anti-cheat checks, or use bugs to gain scores unfairly (if you find a bug, please tell us);
• scrape questions, songs or answers from the service to republish them or use them commercially;
• put unreasonable load on the service, such as creating rooms or starting games in bulk;
• use nicknames, room names or text that are abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, infringe someone else's rights, or impersonate a person or organisation;
• use the service for anything illegal.

Unusually fast scores may be flagged and kept off the podium, and we may remove scores, names or rooms that break these terms without notice.

7. What you submit

Nicknames, avatars and room names you choose are shown to other players in rooms and on leaderboards. You confirm you have the right to use that text and allow us to display it in the service, free of charge, for as long as it is kept (see the retention periods in the Privacy policy). We suggest using a nickname instead of your real name.

8. Intellectual property

• The Beepbloom name, logo, mascot, illustrations, design, software and text belong to Beepbloom or its licensors. Don't copy them or use them commercially without permission.
• Emoji Song Quiz: song titles and artist names are used only as factual references in a trivia game. The game contains no lyrics or audio and is not endorsed by any artist or label. Trademarks belong to their owners.
• ENGLISH QUIZ: an English practice game for learning, not an official test or placement exam. A1–B2 word levels follow the CEFR-J Wordlist ver1.5 (© Tono Laboratory, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies), C1–C2 levels follow the Octanove Vocabulary Profile C1/C2 (Octanove Labs, licensed CC BY-SA 4.0), and grammar levels follow the CEFR-J Grammar Profile. All Thai meanings, example sentences and questions are written by Beepbloom. The word list adapted from the Octanove data is shared under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 licence.
• NEW HSK VOCAB QUIZ: a vocabulary practice game for learning. It is not an official HSK test or material and is not affiliated with the test organisers. Word lists follow the NEW HSK (HSK 3.0) standard, levels 1–9. Thai meanings are written by Beepbloom as memory aids and may not cover every sense. Audio uses the speech voice on the player's device.
• NINJA QUIZ: an unofficial fan-made quiz. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the creators or rights holders of the original work. Character, place and event names are used only to refer to them in questions. Questions and explanations are written from scratch and the artwork is original. No official images, scenes, dialogue, music or logos are used. Copyrights and trademarks of the original work belong to their owners.
• WHO AM I? Grand Line: an unofficial fan-made trivia game. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the creators or rights holders of the original work. Character and place names are used only for identification in trivia. Clues are written originally, and no official artwork, scenes, dialogue, music or logos are used. Copyrights and trademarks in the original work belong to their owners.
• If you own rights in something on the service and believe it infringes them, tell us through the contact channel that will be posted on this page, with the content and proof of ownership. We will review it and remove it where appropriate.

9. Third-party services

The service uses Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Sign-In (when you choose to sign in). Share buttons for social media are plain links. Those services are covered by their own terms. We may show ads in the future as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove games, modes, questions or features, and may take the service down for maintenance without notice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep questions and answers accurate but don't promise that all content is correct, error-free or always available. If you spot a wrong question, please tell us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Beepbloom is not liable for indirect or special damages, or for lost game progress, scores or browser data. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by law.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections 5, 8, 11 and 13 continue to apply after that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the Thai courts, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there or to rely on its laws.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top. For significant changes we will post a notice on the home page before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

A contact channel will be posted on this page soon. Meanwhile you can manage your own data on your profile page and with the "Delete my data" button.
