นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่า Beepbloom ("เรา") จัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ beepbloom.pages.dev อย่างไร จัดทำให้สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ของไทย, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ของสหภาพยุโรปและ UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act ที่แก้ไขโดย CPRA (CCPA) และ Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) ของสหรัฐอเมริกา

• เล่นทุกเกมได้ทันทีแบบ Guest โดยไม่ต้องสมัคร และเราไม่ขอข้อมูลติดต่อของคุณ
• บัญชีเป็นทางเลือก: ถ้าคุณเลือก “ดำเนินการต่อด้วย Google” เราใช้บัญชี Google เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบและบันทึกความคืบหน้าเท่านั้น อีเมลไม่แสดงให้ใครเห็น และคุณลบบัญชีเองได้ทุกเมื่อ (หัวข้อ 2.1)

Privacy policy

Last updated and effective 21 October 2026

This policy explains how Beepbloom ("we") handles personal data of people who use beepbloom.pages.dev. It is written to meet Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Every game can be played right away as a Guest, with no sign-up, and we never ask for your contact details.
• Accounts are optional: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we use your Google Account only to sign you in and save your progress. Your email is never shown to anyone, and you can delete your account yourself at any time (section 2.1).
• As a Guest, your progress, player name and settings stay in your own browser. While you play, our server checks answers to prevent cheating using a random device ID. Your nickname is only sent to us when you play in a room (kept 7 days) or an official daily challenge round (kept 15 days), to show the leaderboard.
• There are no ads or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the sign-in cookie, when you sign in.
• You can delete on-device data right away with the button below, and delete your account on your profile page.

2.1 บัญชี Google (ไม่บังคับ)

คุณเล่นทุกเกมได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัคร หากเลือก “ดำเนินการต่อด้วย Google” Beepbloom ใช้บัญชี Google สำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบและบันทึกความคืบหน้าของเกมเท่านั้น เราขอสิทธิ์เพียง openid, email และ profile ไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึง Gmail, Drive, รายชื่อติดต่อ หรือปฏิทิน และไม่เคยรับหรือเห็นรหัสผ่าน Google ของคุณ

3. สิ่งที่เราไม่ทำ

• ไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอ่อนไหวตาม PDPA มาตรา 26 หรือข้อมูลประเภทพิเศษตาม GDPR ข้อ 9
• ไม่ใช้การตัดสินใจโดยอัตโนมัติหรือการทำโปรไฟล์ที่มีผลทางกฎหมายหรือผลกระทบสำคัญต่อคุณ ระบบตรวจคะแนนที่ตอบเร็วผิดปกติจะเพียงปักธงคะแนนนั้นไว้ไม่ให้ขึ้นโพเดียม
• ไม่ส่งข้อมูลการเล่นไปให้บริการวิเคราะห์หรือโฆษณาภายนอก

4. คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในอุปกรณ์

5. โฆษณา

ปัจจุบันเว็บไซต์ยังไม่แสดงโฆษณา เราวางแผนจะแสดงโฆษณาในอนาคตเพื่อให้ทุกเกมเล่นได้ฟรีต่อไป เมื่อเริ่มแสดงโฆษณา

• เราจะใช้พันธมิตรโฆษณาบุคคลที่สาม เช่น Google AdSense ซึ่งอาจใช้คุกกี้ ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน เพื่อแสดงโฆษณา จำกัดจำนวนครั้งที่เห็นโฆษณาเดิม วัดผล และป้องกันการคลิกที่ไม่สุจริต (วิธีที่ Google ใช้ข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์พันธมิตร)
• โฆษณาในเกมจะแสดงเฉพาะช่วงพัก เช่น หลังจบเกมหรือก่อนเริ่มเกมใหม่ และจะไม่แทรกระหว่างที่ตัวจับเวลากำลังเดิน
• ผู้ใช้ในไทย: เราจะขอความยินยอมก่อนใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาที่ไม่จำเป็นตาม PDPA และคุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อผ่านลิงก์ "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้"
• ผู้ใช้ในสหภาพยุโรป สหราชอาณาจักร และสวิตเซอร์แลนด์: เราจะแสดงหน้าขอความยินยอมผ่านแพลตฟอร์มจัดการความยินยอม (CMP) ที่ Google รับรองตามมาตรฐาน IAB TCF ก่อนตั้งคุกกี้โฆษณา หากไม่ยินยอม คุณจะเห็นเฉพาะโฆษณาที่ไม่เฉพาะบุคคลหรือโฆษณาแบบจำกัด

6. ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลและการเปิดเผยข้อมูล

• Cloudflare, Inc. ให้บริการโฮสต์ เครือข่ายส่งเนื้อหา ความปลอดภัย และสถิติผู้เข้าชม (นโยบายของ Cloudflare)
• Google LLC ให้บริการฟอนต์ผ่าน Google Fonts และระบบเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google (Google Sign-In) เมื่อคุณเลือกใช้ ซึ่ง Google ประมวลผลการเข้าสู่ระบบในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลของตนเอง (นโยบายของ Google)
• พันธมิตรโฆษณา (เมื่อเริ่มแสดงโฆษณา) เช่น Google LLC ผ่าน Google AdSense ตามรายละเอียดในหัวข้อ 5

ปุ่มแชร์ไปยัง X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LINE และ Threads เป็นเพียงลิงก์ เราไม่ส่งข้อมูลของคุณไปให้แพลตฟอร์มเหล่านั้น เมื่อคุณโพสต์ ข้อมูลที่โพสต์จะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น การคัดลอกข้อความหรือรูปไปยังคลิปบอร์ดทำในเครื่องของคุณ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่มีเมื่อกฎหมายหรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจบังคับ

7. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

Cloudflare, Google และพันธมิตรโฆษณาประมวลผลข้อมูลในหลายประเทศ รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา การส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวอาศัยมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตาม PDPA มาตรา 28–29 และ GDPR หมวด 5 เช่น Standard Contractual Clauses ของสหภาพยุโรป และ EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework ที่ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้เข้าร่วม

8. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

เว็บใช้ HTTPS ตลอดการเชื่อมต่อ ตั้งค่า Content Security Policy และ security headers ข้อมูลบัญชี (ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ) เก็บในฐานข้อมูล Cloudflare D1 ที่เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะระบบของเกม session เก็บเป็นค่า hash ข้อมูลใน localStorage ผู้ที่ใช้อุปกรณ์เดียวกันสามารถเห็นได้ หากใช้เครื่องสาธารณะ แนะนำให้ใช้โหมดไม่ระบุตัวตนหรือกดลบข้อมูลหลังเล่น

9. สิทธิของคุณ

ตาม PDPA (ประเทศไทย)

สิทธิได้รับแจ้งข้อมูล สิทธิเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนา สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล สิทธิคัดค้าน สิทธิขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง สิทธิถอนความยินยอม และสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

ตาม GDPR และ UK GDPR (สหภาพยุโรปและสหราชอาณาจักร)

สิทธิเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ จำกัดการประมวลผล โอนย้ายข้อมูล คัดค้าน และร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลด้านข้อมูลในประเทศที่คุณอยู่ หรือ ICO ในสหราชอาณาจักร

ตาม CCPA (แคลิฟอร์เนีย สหรัฐอเมริกา)

สิทธิทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลใด สิทธิขอให้ลบ สิทธิขอให้แก้ไข สิทธิเลือกไม่ให้ขายหรือแชร์ข้อมูล และสิทธิไม่ถูกเลือกปฏิบัติเมื่อใช้สิทธิ ใน 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมาเราไม่ได้ขายหรือแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของใคร และเราเคารพสัญญาณ Global Privacy Control (GPC) หากเริ่มแสดงโฆษณาเฉพาะบุคคล คุณใช้สิทธิเลือกไม่ให้แชร์ได้ผ่านลิงก์ "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" ตามหัวข้อ 5

วิธีใช้สิทธิ

ข้อมูลในเครื่องของคุณลบได้ทันทีด้วยปุ่ม "ลบข้อมูลของฉัน" หรือผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ หากมีบัญชี คุณดาวน์โหลดสำเนาข้อมูล (JSON) แก้ชื่อเล่น และลบบัญชีได้เองที่หน้าโปรไฟล์ สำหรับคำขออื่น ช่องทางติดต่อจะประกาศในหน้านี้เมื่อพร้อม และเราจะตอบภายใน 30 วันนับจากได้รับคำขอ และอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนเท่าที่จำเป็น สำหรับผู้เล่นแบบ Guest เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวคุณได้โดยตรง จึงอาจเชื่อมโยงบันทึกทางเทคนิคกับตัวคุณไม่ได้ และจะแจ้งให้ทราบหากเป็นเช่นนั้น

10. ผู้เยาว์และเด็ก

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ และหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนหน้าแรกของเว็บไซต์ก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้

12. ติดต่อเรา

1. Data controller and contact

Beepbloom is the data controller for the data described in this policy. A contact channel for privacy questions and rights requests will be posted on this page when ready. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because our processing does not meet the thresholds that require one.

2. What data is involved, why, and on what legal basis

Score cards and share text are created on your device and are only published if you choose to save or post them. Names in a room are visible to anyone with the room code, so we suggest a nickname or the random animal name instead of your real name. To remove a name or score from a room before the 7 days are up, email the room code and the name you used to the address in section 12.

2.1 Google Account (optional)

You can play every game without an account. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Beepbloom uses your Google Account only to sign you in and save your game progress. We only request openid, email and profile. We never request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we never receive or see your Google password.

Legal basis: necessary to provide the service you request (PDPA s.24(3), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't store Google access or refresh tokens; the ID token is used once to confirm who you are and then discarded. On your profile page you can change your nickname, download your data, sign out or delete your account. Deleting your account immediately removes the account record, the Google link, your profile, progress, collection, achievements, history and sessions. Daily and room scores already submitted are unlinked from the account and expire on their normal schedule (15 days / 7 days). Copies in Cloudflare's backup systems expire on that system's own cycle. Progress stored in your browser is not removed (use the button above for that).

Google sign-in is for people who meet Google's minimum age in their country. Use of the service is covered by our Terms of use.

3. What we don't do

• We don't collect phone numbers, postal addresses or other contact details through the games. We only store an email address if you choose to sign in with Google (section 2.1), and it is never shown to other people.
• We don't sell personal information for money, and today we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If personalized ads are turned on in the future, section 5 applies.
• We don't collect sensitive data under PDPA s.26 or special category data under GDPR Art. 9.
• We don't use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. Our anti-cheat check only flags unusually fast scores so they stay off the podium.
• We don't send gameplay data to outside analytics or advertising services.

4. Cookies and on-device storage

We only set cookies if you sign in with Google: an HttpOnly session cookie (30 days) and a short-lived cookie during sign-in (10 minutes), both strictly necessary for the service you request. Otherwise the site uses your browser's localStorage only for features you use directly (name, scores, settings). This storage is strictly necessary for the service you request, so no separate consent is needed. In some cases Cloudflare may set a necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from bots. It is not used for advertising or tracking. Once ads are added, advertising partners will use cookies as described in section 5, and we will add a "Cookie settings" link to the footer of every page.

5. Advertising

The site does not show ads today. We plan to add ads in the future so every game can stay free. When we do:

• We will use third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. They may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technology to show ads, cap how often you see the same ad, measure results and prevent invalid clicks (how Google uses information from partner sites).
• In-game ads will only appear at natural breaks, such as after a round ends or before a new one starts, never while the timer is running.
• Users in Thailand: we will ask for consent before using non-essential advertising cookies under the PDPA, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link.
• Users in the EU, UK and Switzerland: we will show a consent message through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that follows the IAB TCF before any advertising cookies are set. If you don't consent, you will only see non-personalized or limited ads.
• Users in California: personalized ads may count as "sharing" under the CCPA. We will add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and honor Global Privacy Control signals, which turn off personalized ads for that browser.
• You can opt out of personalized ads at Google My Ad Center, aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
• We will not show personalized ads to users we know are under 13, or under the minimum age set by law in their country.
• Before ads go live, we will update this policy with the names of our advertising partners and the types of cookies they use, and post a notice on the home page.

6. Service providers and disclosure

• Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting, content delivery, security and visit statistics (Cloudflare's policy).
• Google LLC provides fonts through Google Fonts, and Google Sign-In when you choose to use it (Google handles the sign-in as its own controller) (Google's policy).
• Advertising partners (once ads are shown), such as Google LLC through Google AdSense, as described in section 5.

Share buttons for X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LINE and Threads are plain links. We don't send your data to those platforms. Anything you post there is covered by that platform's policy. Copying text or images to your clipboard happens on your device. We may disclose the limited data we hold if required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

7. International transfers

Cloudflare, Google and our advertising partners process data in many countries, including the United States. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under PDPA ss.28–29 and GDPR Chapter V, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework in which these providers participate.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS on every connection, sets a Content Security Policy and security headers, and keeps account data (only if you sign in) in a Cloudflare D1 database that only the game system can access, with sign-in sessions stored as hashes. Data in localStorage can be seen by anyone using the same device. On a shared computer, use private browsing or delete your data after playing.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA (Thailand)

The right to be informed, to access and get a copy, to data portability, to object, to erasure, destruction or anonymisation, to restriction, to rectification, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR (EU and UK)

The right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, or the ICO in the UK.

Under the CCPA (California, USA)

The right to know what we collect, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. In the past 12 months we have not sold or shared anyone's personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If personalized ads are turned on, you can opt out of sharing through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link described in section 5.

How to use your rights

Data on your device can be deleted right away with the "Delete my data" button or through your browser settings. If you have an account, you can download a copy of your data (JSON), change your nickname and delete your account yourself on your profile page. For any other request, a contact channel will be posted on this page when ready, and we reply within 30 days of receiving a request and may ask for information needed to verify your request. For Guest players we hold no data that directly identifies you, so we may not be able to link technical logs to you, and we will tell you if that is the case.

10. Children and minors

The site is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Children can play as a Guest without giving any personal data. Google sign-in is only for people who meet Google's minimum age in their country. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. We recommend that children and teens use a nickname instead of their real name. Once ads are added, we will not show personalized ads to users we know are children. Parents can delete on-device data with the button above or contact us by email.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will post a notice on the home page before they take effect.
